Andrew Hancock
Lead Pastor
Pastor Andy is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Before coming to Hamilton, Ohio, he served as pastor in Henry County, Kentucky. He has faithfully and lovingly served Allison Avenue Baptist Church for 12 years. He holds a bachelors from Eastern Kentucky University, Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Andy is devoted to expository preaching and teaching of the Word and to enjoy a front row seat of the work of the Lord Jesus in the lives of everyone he meets.
He lives in Hamilton with Jessica his wife of 23 years and their four children, Elijah, Levi, Selah, and Avigail.
Executive Pastor
Daniel Bauer
Pastor Dan serves as the Executive Pastor at AABC, overseeing various administrative functions of the church. He was ordained in the summer of 2024 and resides in Liberty Township with his wife, Jenn, and 2 kids: Dylan and Riley. Dan is committed to the mission of the church to disciple all people to the glory of God. Other interests include sports, reading, breaking cajons, and spending time with his family. It is a local legend that somehow Dan might not have feelings or a personality. He tries to argue to the contrary, but it doesn’t seem to work out for him no matter how hard he tries.
